Fantastic Birthday Party Experience! We recently hosted our child's birthday party at Kids Sports Indoor Playground Place and couldn't be happier with the experience! The entire venue is spacious, clean, and perfectly designed to keep kids entertained for hours. The large indoor play area was a huge hit with all the kids, and the arcade games kept everyone engaged and excited throughout the party. The staff and organizers were incredibly helpful and cooperative from start to finish, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Everything was well-maintained and ran efficiently, which made it easy for us to relax and enjoy the celebration. Highly recommend this place for anyone planning a kid’s birthday party! We enjoyed a great experience during our child's birthday party. The manager (Raunaq) communicated everything clearly and efficiently throughout the planning process, and helped keep everything on track the day of the event. Employees were available and attentive, and handled last minute requests (extra drinks, plates, etc.) very well. Most importantly, the kids had a blast! The larger play area is quite expansive (with several cool arcade games), and catered well to the older kids (3+), while the smaller play area and infant room kept the younger ones happy. The infant play room was a tad chilly, and the floor outside the play area can be a bit cold on the feet, but staff overheard us discussing this and provided some extra pairs of socks 👍 ~ Michael M

If there were 10 Stars I'd give it. This is an awesome venue for your kids birthday party. We celebrated our little one's 5th birthday and it was a great event. All kids had fun playtime, food and lots of gaming options. This place had separate play areas for toddlers, infants, and big kids AND guess what??? ADULTS can enjoy arcade and court basketball games. You read it right...... not all playareas cater for adults. This place does. Adults won't get bored... the Staff is really cooperative. They handled our requests efficiently and always had a smile on their face... the price is market comparable so no issues there... I'd request more food options since they don't allow outside food... overall AMAZING EXPERIENCE.... Thank you KidSport for making my baby's birthday memorable ~ Nirav V

I've taken my three-year old son to this location several times. The price is more than fair, surprisingly inexpensive. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The site is incredibly clean. They have multiple play areas that are age appropriate. The equipment is fantastic. Everything is in great condition. There seems no end to the opportunities for kids to explore and find new routes. The equipment is also sturdy enough for parents to travel through it with their small kids. Even the food and seating areas for parents are great. And if you're kids would rather play floor hockey, basketball or soccer, they can accommodate that too. Kidsports is easy my son's favourite place to play, and it's my favourite place to take him. ~ krisbarnier1

We just had our son’s first birthday party at Kidsports. We had children from an age range from about 1-12 and it was a challenge to get them to go home because of all the fun they were having. There is a play area for younger children and one for older children as well. The staff was very helpful, energetic and attended to all of our needs. It was so nice not having to worry about decorating or cleaning up before and after the event as this was all taken care of. I feel like the staff went above and beyond to make our son’s first birthday a great experience and a memorable day. Excellent facility with lots to do for the kids. We were there on a weekend with our 2 year old and she had a blast. There is a separate section for toddlers with a ball pit and other things where it feels safe to leave the young toddlers alone. The area is huge and you can be assured that your kids won’t get bored for hours. The staff was really friendly and they take care of the place real well. The restrooms were well maintained too. There were plenty of options for food and the chicken nuggets were specifically great. They also have 3 or 4 huge rooms for birthday parties and all the rooms were booked. It’s definitely a great venue to host birthday parties. We have been to lots of play areas in and around the area and this is hands down the best. My daughter can’t wait to go back there. ~ Ganesh B

The institution is very cool! Many slot machines. playrooms for children from one year and older. The staff is very polite, friendly and always ready to help and advise. My children and I were here for the first time. We really liked everything. to all our children. And the most important thing is that the little princess liked it. this establishment has a playroom for the little ones. The price is quite acceptable for a rest for three children and two adults for a whole day, very cool. Therefore, I would recommend this facility to everyone for recreation with children. But I wish you prosperity in the future. I think we will also go there next Sunday. ~ Ihor V

This place is amazing for birthday parties and/or just a weekend of fun for the kids. We have been going here for a few years now and the kids just love the place. Even if we are driving by they ask to stop in for a few hours. There is lots of activity games for the kids to use their creative energies and run and play which is what most partents want their kids to be doing in the winter hibernating months especially. We give this place a 10 for fun and the kids sure love it here. Excitement that you see on all the kids faces is just amazing be it just a play day or a party. I hosted my daughters birthday party here. She wanted a play place party since she hasn’t gone to one in over a year and I wanted to do something Covid safe. They have a private party option during weekdays so it is only your family/friends and no outside patrons. The manager was very friendly, the washroom was so clean, the place was huge and tidy. I am very glad I decided to have it here. The pizza was delivered fresh from Gino’s pizza. The accommodations and service were above my expectations. I would recommend having your kids bday party here if you want to keep it simple and not mingle with outside crowds. ~ K L

This is a fantastic facility and with very reasonable pricing. The place is huge and so much to do for the kids. They have a great space for parties with the option of booking the whole place for private events. I live in the west end of the city, and still drive over to this place as there is not a whole lot of facilities of this size in the city! I have a toddler and a 7 year old and they have enough stuff for both age groups. The only problem is that my kids never want to leave once they start playing here - there is no time limit! Staff is always friendly and now they have great coffee too! ~ Shalini J

it’s really nice place to go to, let the kids play and let there energy be free. My two daughters loves this place, the oldest is almost 3 and the youngest is 16 months, there lot of places to play in, there is a place under 5 and there is a place for older kids, place for mom to relax and let there kids play with out running after them, but there is just one place in the older kids if your kid went there she can’t go out if she not tall enough, my daughter be there before and I heard her crying, so I went as fast I can ( pregnant with 34 weeks) and saved her, but she learn, never to go there ever again. we go there almost every Friday if the weather was good enough, they closes at 8 pm but be aware of some days they been closes early because of some parties will reserve all the place, call them before you go. We visited Kidsports for the first time on Sunday and we were very impressed. It’s a spacious playground with lots of play structures. My son is 5 so he stayed mainly in the main play area but there is also a dedicated area for toddlers. The play structures are all in good shape and clean. With reduced capacity we did not have any issues with social distancing. Our son was kept entertained for the 90 mins we were there and had a blast. It’s one of the best indoor gyms in Mississauga. We will definitely be visiting more often here on out. ~ Canossa A

I’m a Daycare teacher from Toronto, and today myself and five other staffs took almost 70 children here for a P.A. Day trip. The children had an amazing time. Lots of things to do to keep them busy and entertained. The children couldn’t stop talking to their parents about what a wonderful time they had. Big shoutout to the staff, especially Natisha, Israa and Shavnett, who were very accommodating and kind to all of us. Visited Kidsports recently for my nieces birthday. My wife and I were pretty apprehensive attending with all that is going to on with Covid but we're both pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and attention of the staff. There was never a point where my wife and I felt uncomfortable as we saw staff sanitizing surfaces and cleaning when other parties were done. The best part is that Kidsports took care of the decor, food and FUN which made this really easy for all the parents/family. Richards-Wilcox Canada - the company that I work for - hosted our past Children's Christmas parties at KidSports in 2022 and 2023. Both parties were a huge success! The staff at the facility were very accommodating and welcoming. The children of our employees had an amazing time at the indoor playground as the playground caters to various age groups. Each child was kept occupied and entertained. The facility was cleaned before our party and the food prepared by the staff was delivered in a timely manner. Took my daughter to Kidsports Indoor Playground and we were both blown away! The space is huge and super clean, with separate play areas for toddlers and older kids — which made it easy for her to explore safely. She loved the big slides and climbing zones, and we spent a lot of time in the arcade too. I also checked out their party rooms, and they looked perfect for birthdays — spacious, colourful, and well-organized. Staff were friendly and everything felt very safe and family-friendly. Best place! Held my son's 2nd birthday here and it was by far an amazing experience all of his guests loved the place and my son had a blast!! The service and staff and accommodation made this experience amazing and the easiest planning as they took care of everything! I even had time to have fun with all the guest and kids! I'm so happy that everything went smoothly and most importantly my son and the guest had a blast! I will definitely be hosting his next birthday here! We’ve been regular visitors to this indoor playground for a few years now, and we were genuinely surprised (in the best way!) during our recent visit — the entire structure and arcade area have been upgraded and everything looks sparkling new! Our kids (7 and 5) had an amazing time. From the updated play zones to the fresh arcade games, it felt like a whole new experience. It’s so great to see a place continuously improving and investing in fun, safe, and exciting spaces for kids. Highly recommend for a fun family outing — we’ll definitely keep coming back! ~ Uliana S

Been visiting for the past 3 years or so.. have always liked the place. .. dedicated area for infants / younger kids .. clean, good set of activities .. no separate charge to accompanying adult - that’s a big PLUS as far as I’m concerned. They’ve revamped the place with new arcade games and the pricing structure (which, although a bit higher than what it used to be, still doesn’t cost an arm and a leg) includes a arcade card pre-loaded with 20 credits. Not a lot, I agree, but good enough to wet your kid’s beak after a tiring hour or so of play. Will definitely be visiting again! ~ Subramanian V

I've loved this place since I was a kid and recently got to go back with my friend's son, we had a fantastic time and it was just as great as I remembered it, they changed a couple things and the prizes aren't as great quality as they once were but the pricing was really fair and is probably one of the biggest jungle gyms in the area, the fries were super salty but it was easy to take some of it off and they offer a huge variety of food, honestly I rate 5 stars for them keeping most things the same from when I was a kid without compromising too much quality :) ~ Lee M

I had a fantastic experience at the kids' sports event, and I want to give a special shoutout to Avani, the attendant who made it all the more enjoyable. Avani was incredibly attentive and personable, ensuring that every child felt welcome and engaged. Her enthusiasm was contagious, and her ability to manage the kids with such ease was impressive. We had a great experience at Kidsports for my daughter’s 4th birthday party. I had memories of coming here has a kid many years ago, and happy to say it is updated and good shape. They are under new ownership and were pleasant to deal with. For activities: There is a bigger kids jungle gym playground as well as a little kids playground which was perfect. There are also many “extra” arcade games / rides which you need to purchase tokens for, which are reasonably priced (25 for $20). All the games we played were one token, so they went a long way. The birthday party package price was definitely reasonable. (Make sure you order extra food for the adults, as only kids food is included). They provide a lighter and knife to cut cake (you bring your own cake). You can also bring veggie/fruit trays. Food - pizza was ordered fresh from pizzaville, so you know it’s good quality, and was not overpriced. They make nuggets / etc in house - they are regular jane’s type. As a parent it’s scary venturing out with our kids to public settings, but we are taking it a day at a time. We went to Kidsports for my nieces birthday this week. All my apprehensions were at ease when I witnessed their protocols they mandate. Extremely clean environment. Maximum limits to seating area, masks worn by adults and older children, constant cleaning of areas once a party has left. Would definitely go again. The kids had a blast. If you are looking for a clean and safe environment for kids to have fun, this is the place to go. ~ Melanie D
